Saint George Children's Hospital
Our goal is to raise $4.25 million for the Saint George Children’s Hospital, a state-of-the-art medical facility dedicated exclusively to providing comprehensive, individualized health care and programs for infants, children and adolescents. In addition to the delivery of sophisticated health care to thousands of children in Beirut Lebanon and the region, the Children’s Hospital will offer preventive and educational services to the community. It will also house a clinical research center, which will work to find new solutions related to the delivery of quality health care to children.
Your donations have helped us so far to provide medicine, medical training and state-of-the-art medical equipment to the neonatal and pediatric intensive care units. With your continued support, we hope to achieve our goal to build the Children’s Hospital soon.
Donors of $1,000 or more will have their names engraved on the Hospital's Wall of Honor. Donors of a unit will name the unit and have their names engraved on the Hospital's Wall of Honor.

Regional Center of Excellence for Child Development
The Foundation is working to establish a Regional Center of Excellence for Child Development, (RCECD) in Beirut. Based at Saint George Hospital and Balamand University, the Center will be directed and managed in collaboration with specialized centers in the US.
The Center will focus on early detection of developmental delays and disorders in children and on early intervention. The Center will engage in regional level training, research, as well as surveillance, service and quality assurance. It will also provide children’s health programs that raise awareness of the importance of early detection and intervention by health care providers and families, to improve the health of Lebanese children.
There is a strong need to provide developmental screening, diagnosis and intervention in the Middle East. Promoting early identification of childhood developmental disorders, and proper referral and management could contribute significantly to the improved health of children in Lebanon and their families in the region.
